A pic of Josh Brookes taken at Deer Leap, Oulton Park, on Saturday, first day of practice. Didn't have a particularly successful morning being my first time at the track, didn't get to the right places at the right time. This was taken at about 2 o'clock and the light was not that good but the shot has been lightened a touch but not far short of straight out of the camera. I could have cropped it but wanted to keep the impression of flying out of the frame, hope it works. It is also sharper than it appears in the pic. I am quite pleased with it!

To have captured bike and rider in focus must have required some pretty accurate panning and timing, so top marks there.
Personally, I'd crop a bit from the bottom and a similar amount from the right hand side which would put the bike on a third (in both directions) and also give it some space to "ride into".
Just my opinion, hope it helps.
Jester.
