hi everyone 
it has been ages since iv uploaded but iv just been so busy, i moved house and was very busy.
but i found time to go down to my river and i took this.
as always all comments, votes and critiques appreciated i really want to know how to make the fog more visible in photoshop i have cs5

A gorgeous scene - I love the subtle mistiness in the distance.
As for making it more noticeable, I think I would be happy with it just as it is, but if you really wanted it whiter then perhaps using the 'Dodge' tool and gently (using it at a lower strength, perhaps 25% or less), go around the area you want lightening (you'd have to be very careful to keep it looking natural).
