Shot taken in my local park with fill-in flash as the evening light was fading.

My thanks for all the kind comments on Norman Barrett MBE, and a big thank you to Jenn {taggart}, Lillian and Cor for their User Awards which are treasured, I assure you.

Hard to decide how to capture a foxglove because of height.
You seem to have gotten up close and personal with this one and
made a very good capture.

A hanging chain of bells, Ronnie. Very good comp, filling the frame nicely with colour and no over-exposed areas from the flash. Well controlled.

Spotted this on the Featured e2 Photo earlier. The flash definitely puts a bit of zing back into the colour and lifts it from the bg. Nicely done, Ronnie.

Nice flower shot, but would suggest not to use a border thats similar to one of the dominant colours, - it can distract rather than contain, which is the job of a border.
