When I got up this morning after yet another night of rain, the sun was shining and in our herb garden a shaft of sunlight was catching this foxglove flower against the background of the still drenched bronze fennel. Taken from our breakfast room window (I wasn't going to walk on the stupidly long wet grass outside!)

So good to see some sun!

Mike

The little drops in the orange fennel are enchanting.
Lovely colour combination, too.

A beautiful foxglove, with a wonderful backdrop of the delicate fennel. Carol
