the textures work really well .. lovely work once again Carol
I am going against the flow a bit, Carol, as, whilst I like your ability to apply texturing to your shots, I find this texturing tending to overpower the flowers: something a bit more delicately applied and possibly in a different colour, possibly using the greens ,I'd find more appealing.

Poppies are in my top ten of flowers so I have to like this one.
poppies are so delicate perhaps the texturing is a tad strong but none the less a fine capture

Seems to be a few poppy uploads appearing on here, but I'm not complaining, they are my favourite flower! And this is a super capture and presentation, Carol
