Another from Birmingham Botanical Gardens on Sunday..... this is one of my 'lucky shots'....straight from the camera and framed..... and also one of my favourite flowers that unfortunately we don't really see over here :-(

Great exposure on the petals and the yellow contrasts well with the white petals.

This has a wonderful soft look to it.
Beautiful yellows in the centre, & I love how the petals have a curl to them, in fact the bud at the side reminds me of one of those butter curls in a restaurant.
A wonderful composition.
