Attractive due to the strong colours but the sign and arrow point out of the image leaving you wondering. So, not sure the composition works fully. Darken top right corner a littke too.

An interesting and colourful array displayed here but really I would much prefer to see the sign to the left side of the frame as it is pointing to the right. The viewers' eyes being led there seems to obviate the left side of the frame which is a pity. I am sure that adjustment would make for a more balanced composition.
