Taken on Saturday afternoon when inland was beautifully sunny and warm but here at Runswick Bay on the coast the temperature was 10 degrees cooler and seafret or har as it is sometimes called kept drifting in and out . Many thanks for recent clicks and comments .All very much appreciated ...Phil

Sea frets! That brings back memories of watching cricket in Scarborough whilst the rest of Yorkshire basks in sunshine!!! Quite an eerie image, Phil, and a good composition.

"Eerie" - yes, I suppose so, though we often see a similar effect over the Tyne below us, which is due to temperature inversion I believe.
We're probably heading for Whitby on Wednesday so I might take a coat after all, just in case!
Regards
Bill
