Its very nice, needs the curve taking out of the horizon though, lovely colour and movement in the water.

Great art in producing such a beautiful image out of what appears at first to be an almost minimalist scene, Dave. The more you look, the more you see....the clarity and cleanness of that smooth, unmarked sand, the perfectly positioned groynes, that approaching wave and, of course, the fan of froth and the scars in the sky. An exceptional image.

Minimalist is a good way to describe Frinton beach Ian. The focus of the composition is the wave and yes it took a bit of time for it get itself into the right place! I felt extremely relaxed during this on, it really was a beautiful morning.
