Met up early this morning with 'Lobsterboy', 'Flindt' and 'thewaiter' at Frinton. Thanks guys for the good company. Wasn't much of a sunrise this morning, so I decided to have a play with some slow shutter speeds to try and capture some movement of the tide.

This is a delight, Clive. A fine crop that turns its nose up at the less-than-promising conditions and makes the most of the rock, posts and tidal features. Thanks for your wonderful company - it was great fun despite the weather!!

Well captured image, Clive. You have given the water a good sense of movement with your shutter speed choice and I like the way you excluded the sky when framing the shot.

great image, the movement of the water around the rocks is lovely and the line of posts into the distance give depth.
