from series, "Fairy-Tale"

This was difficult, trying to tease the mood from the vision I had, and the vision from the mood. I used very low lighting, had a tough time with that, used even string of Christmas lights to vary the surrounding dark/light. Used piles of feathers again and set the timer, took some shots from camera hanging from ceiling light which did not turn out so well.
I always want to leave an image with a question, open-ended, so I did not want to channel something like "Sleeping Beauty" too obviously or a princess asleep, etc, but obviously to allude to the themes in fairy-tales.
I took many, way too many photos and only a very few I was OK with.
This one immediately stood out and I edited it very little.
