Looks like Leeds Castle has some serious competition in the neighbourhood. Nice shot and good balance on the lighting.

Very nice shot, I feel that the castle is not as sharp as it could be, I have enhanced the contrast and tried to sharpen the image. I am not an expert. I have just tried.

SO you nicked my spirit level then?????

The frost on the reeds makes such an impact on this, nice shot.

I like the original image but my take on the scene was to add some drama. I started duplicating the sky and setting it to multiply blend mode, then I warmed up the image a little with colour ballance, finally I boosted the mid tones and upped the midtone contrast a bit.
Hope you don't mind the mod.

Cool Smile

The blue tones are excellent and really convey they coldness.

Looks like you had a good day out yesterday with some nice lighting for photography Smile
