Evening all. This is the pond in the local estate where I usually walk the dog. A fairly uninspiring pond at the best of times, it was transformed into a beautiful little spot this morning. Thanks for C&Cs on previous upload.

Fantastic image, Moira, the foreground interest of the snow laden leaves, really lifts the image, superb composition. Exposure handled very well, and detail well retained.
Well done.

It's surprising what snow and frost can create and this is lovely.

Lovely to see this magical winter wonderland ! Which I saw this summer ! So so busy just now! Didn't got to the night light but saw an amazing image taken from the Overgate roof of the plume fireworks going off at the square when the lights were switched on, at the debrief meeting . Attended by 27.5 thousand people ! g.x
