Taken at a local lake a couple of winters back. I just liked the orange red and browns frozen into the surface of the minty coloured ice.

I can see what attracted you Derek. There's a lovely tonal gradation bottom to top as well, and the reeds give a strong graphic border to the top of the image. Looks a bit cold for being out and about though!! ![]()

I like it too, My first thoughts were when did you take that, as i thought you had taken it recently
, I did think it was getting colder but not that cold
.

Beautifully detailed colour Derek, it'll be with us sooner than you might think. There's nip in the air every morning now in Scotland.
