As it wasn't RAW just used the colour adjustments to make it less red and slightly more on the blue side.
Plus cropped the bottom and smoothed out (roughly) some of the noise.
Right really have to go now before I get RSI.

In this case it would have been my first instinct being that there was little colour.
I tweaked around in Lightzone in colour and B&W which is a program for photographers unlike Photoshop which is crammed with tools for designers.

Posted By Costy : Basically seriously reduced camera noice twice... adjusted RGB to a little more green and a little more blue. Then I adjusted contrast by 10. Selected the ground and made more red, selected trees and made more green, frost a TAD more blue. Then chose blurred trees at back and adjust focus by 10 twic
Posted By Soulstar : lowered the curves to darken the trees a tad... upped the contrast and the highlights adjusted colour accordingly just for a bit of kick, and run imagenomic noise filter on it as the water refections seemed a bit noisy and corrected the gamma
