This is photograph of a rather beautiful Red Admiral Butterfly was captured whilst out and about during the Summer, "Which if my memory serves me right was on a Tuesday this year?"

Thank you for all your wonderful 'V' and 'C's' following yesterdays upload 'Sodden Journey', and a big thank you goes out to Lillian for her most welcomed UA, for which I really appreciate.

I hope that you all have a great day ahead, me on the other hand is quite happy staying in the warm.

Regards Nathan

Good morning Nathan, what a fabulous shot, superb detail and colours, excellent dof. Staying inside certainly sounds like a good idea, dull over cast and threatening rain here :-(

Full frontal shot, if I may put it that way, Nathan: interesting viewpoint, but subject and it's pretty perch make for a colourful image, and with focus perfect exactly where it should be.

I like your u usual POV, and we really had a ver very dry summer, hardly any crop in the garden. Now our landscape is only suitable for frogs and newts.
Just to make you jealous.. No there is no point, it is very frustrating to miss the summer.

Impeccable macro! I really like this bright and nice shotSmile
