Another from the Northscape visit to Gromont and the engine sheds in the good company of a few Ephotozine members today I'm going to put up the colour version and the Mono and see what the thoughts are I struggled to make a choice so I will leave it to you guys.
Well enjoy your day I'm off to take the dog for his gallop then await the heating engineer for the yearly service

A combination of both for me Brian. I agree with Richard about the detail on the loco in the colour version but the colours at the back of the tunnel are incongruous and distracting.

How about convert to mono keeping the detail and selectively re-instate the reds?

Good shot, but mono for me as it seems more atmospheric.

Great capture, Brian. I really can't decide between the two. As said above, the subject really suits mono, but as Richard says, the details stand out more in colour Wink

I really like both V1 and V2 -- can't make up my mind between the two.
It's a great shot.
