The lead in rails, loco and plume of smoke just demand a portrait format, and the slender birch leaning over towards the track just completes the composition.
Hope you have a good rest and a fine holiday........forecast here today, wet, cold windy with snow and sleet on Monday.......can I come away with you???WinkWinkWink.
Ronnie.

great details like the colour of the smoke well done for that and the added bonus
of the train driver leaning out just add to the pleasure of driving the old steam trains.

Howard.SmileSmileSmile.

p.s. I like steam trains myself.

Far too often in train shots, the steam is somewhere or other burned out. Not in this shot. Great viewpoint, and so sharp. Nice one (again!) John.

Cheers,

Jack
