Something a bit different today and a bit more down to earth.........a shot from my ploutering in the forest.

I am overwhelmed at the response to The Luss Hills in Winter.........(2), and I offer special thanks to John {alsoppdigitalart}, Carol {Rolepics}, Kate {Irishkate}, Pam {mashwood10}, Trev {TrevBatWCC}, Lillian and Moira {moiral} for their User Awards which are greatly appreciated.

Ronnie.

Super composition Ronnie, excellent detail,
Fred.

Lovely groups. Personally I think that I would have taken two separate pics of each group, but this works as well to create a wonderland you almost expect to see a brownie peeping out from behind.

A well balanced group, Ronnie, and very well lit... flash or white card this time?

Love your description as well, had to get the dictionary out ....

Not heard of ploutering before, and couldn't find it in my iPhone app dictionary, so thanks to WhiteRose1 for his explanation! Smile
A fine capture Ronnie of these two family groups of fungi - with my bad back I don't think I could get low enough to photograph anything like this Wink

They look good enough to eat Ronnie, but if they don't come from the shops where I do my ploutering, I'd be inclined to leave them alone despite the lovely colour.

Can't remember the last time I saw or heard that word (ploutering) Ronnie, but this was well discovered.

Do you know why the mushroom was always getting invited to parties? Because he was a fun guyTongue Sorry about that one...
