Great concept,love that clock in the fog.
Perhaps you could have had a go at softening the edge of the chessboard to make it disappear into the mist a little more,the same with the hats as they do look a little plopped on...especially the black ones ( a few light halos creeping in there too) The effect would maybe be that the 'meeting' was endless,no end/conclusion in sight.
Just a few thoughts.........I really do like the idea.
