The Goldfinch (carduelis carduelis)
Apologies for not being as active on the site as I would have liked to be but personal matters have been demanding most of my time at present. Hopefully they will be soved before too long but until then I will just have to visit when I get the chance.
I have not had the opportunity to get out of late so, as the title implies, this is a garden shot from further back in the files.

I like the diagonal on the perch Ron and you have done very well at such a slow shutter speed. Might have cleaned it up down the right hand side to have the background canvas the same throughout to compliment a fine Goldy
