Some blooms from a quiet spot in my garden.

Vers. 1. Bindweed, that each year tries to take over my trellis. I don't mind too much as the large white flowers, (over 2" in diameter), are as good as, or better than, a 'Morning Glory'.

Vers. 2. Lysimachia punctata. Which is almost as invasive as the Bindweed, so I have to keep my eyes on it and then dig out some of the roots every now and then.

Vers. 3. A Clematis growing through the Bindweed, and showing that they will not yield to the bindweed.

I hope that you like the pictures.
Brian

A beautiful set, Brian, with that wonderful clematis as my definite favourite. Carol

A beautiful trio of beautiful flowers Brian, each one crammed to the brim with colour and detail. My particular favourite being the Clematis, stunning colour.

The bindweed is so pretty! And there's definitely a morning glory resemblance Smile Exquisite picture of it, by the way.

Ohhh...the clematis you have over there are ammmaaazing. The clematis we have here is titchy. I still love 'em, but they are far from showy. Not like the beauts in V3!

Gosh...the volume of the lovely yellow flowers in V2...no wonder you gotta keep an eye on them!

Thanks for sharing these, Brian Smile
