A wonderfully illuminated image Gwynn, one which certainly lifts on spirits and provides a wash of beautiful colour. "Seventy Five days to go until Christmas, where has the year gone?"

At first glance I thought this was our peace tower at the parliament buildings in Ottawa Canada. Quite similar. Nice light, colouful and well composed. Good stuff!! TG

A lovely building Gwynn and beautiful lit up.
I don't have much experience of night photography apart from
sunsets but I think you get a better result with a higher aperture
like f16.
Look at images by Whiterose1 and check out the Exif.
