In this image one of the antennae was over one eye, but it was the best angle I could do without landing in the brambles! Not brilliant but at least a record of the week of sunshine![]()

Other than visiting the butterfly house in Tropical World in Leeds, I've seen very few about this year. Think they've all gone to somewhere warmer for their hols! ![]()

fine detail in the pretty gatekeeper and I like the natural background very much!
I still have not seen any butterflies in my garden this year Carole.
Reckon I must have upset them or something.
I can understand not seeing any sheep or Morris Dancers in my garden
as I always slate them off when I see them on the site here,
but I honestly have said nothing untoward to upset the little butterflies !!
