these geese were flying over dedham but they went behind a tree.
i some how still managed to get a photo that i was happy with.

Hi Ozz, I hope you've been enjoying EPZ! I do like the photos in your gallery. Smile

OK, about this photo. As Fran indicates it's a good effort. It's a little blurry - for moving subjects like this you need to use a highish shutter speed. But you can work on the photo a bit after you have taken it. You can crop it - to cut out unnecessary detail and to concentrate on the subject a bit more (i.e. the geese) and you can increase contrast and sharpen it a bit... but don't overdo it! I have uploaded a modification for you to look at.

To make adjustments to your pic you will of course need some imaging software on your computer. I hope this makes sense, but feel free to PM me if you would like further advice.
