A desirable area two miles from Methlick and about 24 miles from Aberdeen where the amenity is the countryside, if you like that sort of thing that is. Driving along I spotted the scene, stopped got the shot....off again to the next spot...I was actually heading for Haddo Estate for the autumn colour at the time.
The shots been cropped omitting a lot of the sky

I would actually crop some more off of the sky. The beauty is in the bottom half and the sky tends to distract from this lovely scene.

Very 'des res' territory. The crop works, you're concentrating on the rich colours in the landscape. Those houses have a nice view...
