Good capture. Perhaps some cropping from the left might help - it would remove the rather dominant tall building. A touch more contrast could also enhance the scene. I've uploaded a modification for you to consider.

This is the sort of shot where HDR would be really helpful, used to bring just a bit more dertail bakc into the shadow areas. There's also some potential in a more graphic treatment of this one. At work, so no PS, but I may have a play with this over the weekend.
