The white line is a rainbow, not to sure about this! F9 1/30s (bracketed 2 spots either side) processed using photomatixs and elements.

I'm not a huge fan of Photomatix cos lots of people overdo it, but here I think it works very well.

It gives your scene an "otherworldy", kind of ghostly atmosphere which is in keeping with the subject matter. Your composition is good, nice recession so the eye can wander from the front building through to the pointy one at the back and the paths help here.

I think your rainbow is fine because it is in keeping with the unreal nature of the scene.

My only criticism is the front building is wonky and this is accentuated as the flat top is so near the top edge of the pic. I'm assuming this is not deliberate as all the other buildings seem upright.

But otherwise a successful pic in my opinion.
