I just had to stop in Glencoe for a few hours when I was coming home from Ardnamurchan as the weather was glorious. Ok it was not early morning or late in the evening, it was not moody even...but I just had to make the most of it and get some shots I have not managed to get before.

hehe!

Definately worth stopping off if you get shots like this.

Looked good in the thumbnail, looks much better large, the sharpness and colours are lovely and the river guides your eyes to the mountains in the background. Excellent shot.

This is indeed a rare treat!!!! Lovely fresh air shot - I guess for the above comments this is a slightly rare scene bule sky and fluffy white clouds at Glenco (yep it doesn't really sound right)

Cheers

Beautifully done Jeannie, the water levels are way down in the Glen just now, not much in the way of waterfalls or rivers for that matter. It'll come back though I'm sure.

Thank you Tom, Dougie and Saig

Dougie I am not surprised to hear that. The manager down at the lighthouse emailed me recently saying they'd had so little rain the burns were drying up and they were having to bring in the water bowsers.. One of the minus sides to living in paradise Sad
