"I am Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod. I was born in 1518 in the village of Glenfinnan on the shores of Loch Shiel. And I am immortal."

The "immortal" words of Christopher lambert in the role of Connor MacLeod, in the film Highlander.

One of my favourite films as much for its scenery as for the music by Queen.

This is Loch Shiel, shot from Glenfinnan, looking South. Its a 3 shot fusion of images in Photomatix.

Thanks for looking in Smile

Anthony

Wow, I hate HDR but this doesn't have the over processed look at all - it is lovely, and the light gives a fantastic lead-in.

Very well composed landscape, Anthony. Good f/g interest and I like the balance with the dark land masses either side, and the light filtering up the loch from the far distance. Loads of atmosphere too.
Ronnie.
