OSHIDASHI - Push out and down (IIRC)

Continuing to review my holiday snaps in order this is another shot from the September grand sumo tournament held in Tokyo which I was able to attend while in Japan. A great day out.

Thanks for looking and thanks for the response to yesterdays upload.

Neil

A really great shot. The hint of blurring in the hands really helps to give movement and power to this shot of a fascinating sport. Also, there's just enough detail in the crowd to pick out expressions without it being distracting.
Fantastic.

Neil another stunner, you really do bring out the best in that lens and body combo, fantastic to see.

This is excellent!, Neil, and your use of just the right shutter speed really works well here.

Thanks for the comments and clicks on this. Probably the last of the Sumo shots as although I have a lot, the variety is limited and the quality is not great due to the low light.

For those that are interested, you can just see 'the wolf'' behind the rear leg of the right hand wrestler.

Thanks again.

Neil
