I asked around today about them, they are about 48 years old, not really old for a property when there are so many waiting for accommodation! If you look at the last but one photo the flats behind the lady are the ones being demolished the last photo was taken by me a few years ago for a local newspaper of the Summer Fate. What I do not understand is why these are being torn down and as far as I can see not being replaced, it does not make sense to me.

Another fine set, Trev, and a great follow-up to yesterday's upload. On going into the centre of Wakefield from where I live you pass the old DHSS building (or could) which has always been an eyesore. It's long been empty, and over the last few weeks they have been demolishing it, and only a bit remained this morning when going into town. If I'd have thought, I should have recorded its demolition as you have here!

Thanks everyone, Joan V1 was the sky as taken, the rest with a bit of fiddling in Topaz Adjust but all original sky.
Regards
Trev.
Another excellent sequence Trev - I hope something better soon replaces them
Helen
