No technical details, so not so easy to comment. Bird needs to be a bit sharper, although a decent image and more than good enough as a record.

Isn't it a lovely feeling when you spot a species not caught before - I'd be pleased with this one. I've taken it into Photoshop Elements 9 and slightly tweaked the contrast, cropped a little off bottom and right and I also gave it a little sharpening. All minor tweaks, but I hope you approve! Smile

For critique i'd not centre it in the frame, but crop it so that it was walking into the frame. (See mod). Opps - same as Karen Wink
Also as said it can be sharpened a bit.
And i've added a desaturated vignette (not everyone will like this) to leave the stones as B&W but the bird still coloured but less intense.
Hope you like the ideas.

a lovely capture and Karen's slight mod enhances it the bit that it might need!
