Two more images of the reflections at the back of the Kielderwater Belvedere. I loved the golden tone that the gorse gave to the steel.
Edit to original wording - I thought at first that the handle in V1 was reality, but checking back both images are 100% reflection
The explanation is in V2 of yesterday’s upload.
Thanks for looking,
Moira

Morning neighbour! V1 for me, love the composition and the texture around the handle, reading across to the dabs of yellow. Very appealing indeed, well seen and composed.

Two great shots of an intriguing subject. Both are beautifully taken and composed. For me V1 wins the day - I love the sharp definition of the handle and the steel wall against the swirl of the reflected gorse.

Thanks early birds. I much prefer V1 too, because it has the sharp precise bit of reality, but I've included V2 because it is wholly reflection so it takes the matter one step further.
Another busy day coming up but I'm hoping for some time on the site this morning. (Got another portfolio page sorted yesterday Smile)

I like the contrast between sharp and soft in V1. - gary

Nice One - I like them both but maybe V1 just shades it - I like the shapes and the reflection a lot - nice work!

I do like the difference between the hard steel door and the out of focus background. Another great spot Moira.

Thanks again folks. I've just made a correction to the wording above - I was remembering V1 as having the 'real' handle but in fact it's wholly reflection, as is V2.

Is there any real? or isit all reflection? On reflection I thinkk it's a reflection.

Dougie

Hope that's clear now Moira?

From the thumb I thought this was a "towel clip", an instrument which anyone who ever worked in a surgical suite will recognize.
V1 is a super rendition...what is real and what is reality....

Two very creative shots.

Very intriguing and interesting images Moira, you've handled them both well. It looks like an entrance to a secret world, something you'd find on Doctor Who perhaps
