Morning,
Took this at the weekend in a neglected churchyard we stumbled across whilst on a walk near Culross, Fife. Thought i would try a bit of a different angle on this one.

liking the angle. only little thing is id clone the trees onto the top left corner also. that really does distract.

I really like this, it's as if the cross has replaced the tree trunk, texture and all.

This is an interesting shot - because of the POV - it makes the stone feel heavy and weighs it against the delicacy of the trees, so that's a nice counterpoint. Then there is the detail on the cross that I would like to know about but the beautiful texture of the stone just about counter-acts this wish - another interesting contrast.

A simple image full of contradiction - very good indeed.

Grand shot from adifferent to normal view-point.

If you go back take a shot of the top engraving as I am sure it tells a story.
