A recent shot from a trip to Mugdock Country Park on the northern outskirts of Glasgow.
I have to thank Kate {Irishkate} for drawing this Park to my attention when she posted images of Mugdock Castle recently: up until then I was unaware of the presence of a Castle in the Park.........my next posting will be of the Castle itself.

My thanks to all who commented on Side Door View and with special thanks to Graham {digital_boi} for his User Award.

Ronnie.

Excellent image of the sheep. Took a few myself but couldn't get them to pose
in an interesting way!
You've surprised people with the city view behind and the foreground grasses work well.
The Garden Centre and shop in the park are worth a visit and there is a little courtyard with gift shops
and lovely restaurant when you return there to treat your wife!

Beautiful landscape Ronnie, there are a lot of castles around the Loch Lomond area so full of history, we used to pass one every day in a park travelling to our hotel in Drymen, it is a stunning photographic area.

Trev.
