My best Rhino shots this year - So frustrating as it never lifted its head for a decent shot - and I was definitely not going to try to get its attention as it was very close to the car next to the road Smile
V2 - the full picture
We left Cape Vidal yesterday and are presently visiting friends at Empangeni - so please forgive me for not interacting to much here over the next four days or so !!
I really do appreciate all the lovely comments and votes on my Waterbuck images yesterday !!
Have a great weekend !

Great images Herman. He looks a little thin in v2? - is there a shortage of food or is that just how they are?

Wow, Herman, how close did you want to be? I am nervous just looking at the image in the UK Grin

I love V1, not sure you needed him to lift his head, this is a great natural image............. Reminds me of my brother, but don't tell him.

And of these two, the closer inspection in V 1 is my favourite.

Hi Herman, just a quick look at a few uploads as leave soon for the airport. I had the same frustrations with the rhino as they always hiding in long grass with their heads down. Have a great time with your friends.
