Todays offering..
taken in Kardymili, Greece last month - a very basic taverna, the owner only recently invested in a fridge - which he switches off every night to save power!
Not the best place for an early morning beer!
but a stunning front all the same.

Reminds me very much of a painting. It's only a small thing but what I like most is the writing above the door - it's a very exotic looking language.
