Green amongst Gold

Good Evening and welcome to the weekend!

Just about recovered from my trip away to Hallaby to attend the review panel.

Normally, my camera and tripod come with me whenever I go there, but this time, as "TheW" was away, I decided that there probably wouldn't be anything to shoot!

How wrong can you be?!!

On the day I arrived, I decided to go for a walk and there it was! A whole host of wheatfields full of interesting undulations and trees - just waiting for someone to get in there with a tripod - and mine was 100 miles away!

Anyway, the Boss came to "rescue" me and I managed to persuade him to bring my camera as well as his own, and a trip was undertaken poste haste. The light was stunning - but we were in the pub at the time, having convinced ourselves that "it just wasn't going to happen" TYPICAL!!!

So, here's one from when we got there and had a play!
