I've got to stop taking pictures of birds, this type anyway. I just keep looking for that perfect image, which I don't believe is out there. I used my Pentax KM for this one with a Sigma 70-300mm APO lens

Hi OK on the Tamron, I've used Sigma for absolutely years this one the APO version is supposed to have better glass in it ? Sigma seem to work really well with the brand of camera I use which is Pentax, K10d & KM, and also works well with my Film Pentax ME, I do have one Tamron lens I really like that is a Tamron 400mm Prime, I don't think there's anything in the difference between them to be honest, I would buy all Pentax lenses if I had a huge bank account, so I'll be sticking with Sigma.
