Took this a while ago and forgot about it!What do you think?
By the way i didnt do this in Photoshop. It was before the days when i had a PC
Very nice effect. Seasonal, too. Ho, ho, ho!
Very good Eric!
Very good Dave! Congrats on EC. Tell us how you got this effect!
I cut out a large H2o from a piece of black card and stuck it to a light box, upside down and back to front. Water was then sprayed onto a piece of shinny blue plastic and the light box was placed at a 45 degree angle to the plastic and moved until I got the effect I wanted in the view finder. Then I did a bit of serious bracketing!
Thanks for the Editor's choice Will. Now i have 2.One for each end of the fire place!
Wow! Even more impressive now you explain it. Well done indeed!
Much more satisfying to come up with eyecatching images in camera rather than computer.
That is truly impressive - PS is one thing - but creating the effect yourself is quite something else and this is fab. Take a bow!! and have some more chestnuts while you're about it
And well done on the EC!
very clever, nicely done aswell.
congrats on the award and merry christmas!
Can't believe you hadn't already put this photo up Dave, considering how long ago you took it. Still think this is one of your best, even more so considering the amount of work it took.
Unusual i like the colour of the water set against the white of the bubbles very eye catching apt and very well created. I will if only for its uniquness give it 18/18 a worthy winner deservant of the editors choice
One for the May comp?
Very possible Debbie...
