A view of the harbour at Bristol taken from the bridge crossing the Avon on Wapping Road. I think this is St Marys Church at Redcliff in the background, no doubt epz's Bristolian Ade Osman can confirm.

Most definitely St Mary Redcliffe Church of which Queen Elizabeth I said 'the goodliest, fairest and most famous parish church in England' (and by the way I was married there!) - a lovely composition Ed, superb detail. Carole

Call me a Bristolian again and I'll come up to Gloucestershire and kick you in the gonads matey Tongue Bloody cheek! Somerset born and bred me.......Even if I do live with a spit of the city! I still officially live in Bumpkinland......(Sunny Somerset)

I can confirm it is indeed St Mary Redcliffe, which and here comes the useless information, it's often mistaken as Bristol Cathedral, but is in fact the largest parish church in England.....Not a lot of people know that! Smile
