Sorting the leaves, they are mainly women doing this job, they sit in these little frames and spread the leaves out on the leather tops.

Excellent documentary shot. Firstly, I'd crop the right hand side slightly, to remove the bag on the chair and, secondly, I think it would be superb in monochrome.

Good point about the bag, As to Monchrome, yes, some of the shots taken there may end up printed in B&W as well. I like the colour as well though, and haven't has time to do the selection and processing for B&W yet.
