He's moved......Which just goes to prove it was indeed a live specimen ![]()
Another large (50+) image stack of Mr Creeps looking very foreboding and waiting for a meal, I played around with this image after I finished cleaning it all up and tried to decide which was the best way to present it and in the end I gave it a panoramic crop. I don't know if the purists will like it this way but it just seemed the best way of showing it off, even if it is a little tight in the frame.
Many thank to Rontear, Nigel Kiteley, Whiterose & Tibetan for bestowing their UA's on yesterday's image, means a lot guys, especially after all the hard work that went into achieving these spider images. Many thanks too for everyone else's kind comments. This will probably be the last in the small series of these Garden Spider images, although I am working on one more, but I'm just not sure of it as yet and as you know I set my own standard fairly high, we'll see though.....
Thanks again, here's hoping everyone has a good day........

Hedgehog Cam Update
Well if you weren't watching last night, you missed a real treat at about 21:30, with both the hedgehog and the fox showing superbly well for about 30 minutes.....Hoping for some more of the same tonight.

These are so colourful Ade, excellent patient process again.
Regards
Trev.
Glad to see you got a new pet Ade!
and a very pretty one at that!
The tighter he is in the frame the less chance he has of escaping!!! Amazing stuff again, Ade.

As regards the VS Mode on EPZ, as I stated in the very busy forum thread I started, I'm happy to go along with the system despite all it's foilbles at least for the time being, whether or not I stick with it remains to be seen, ask me in a few months
I also urge other members to do the same. But now at least now we have a choice so there's no need for members to be throwing their proverbial toys out the pram over it, not something I even threatened to do but I know others have, which is a shame. I'm slowly warming to it if I'm honest, but then I'm man enough to admit my failings
and say when I was wrong.....Nobody likes change, but 'if' it makes the site better, I've no real objections......The proof will be in the pudding and we'll all have to just wait and see how the new system transpires, but in the meantime I urge members to give it a chance, the same as I'm doing.

It moved? Get away, mate. You changed your pov![]()
No matter, I still don't want to meet this in a dark alleyway. I refuse to believe it is as little as you claim. Mutant, Gene manipulated...
Impressive work, Ade.

I shall have to investigate this VS have no idea what it is ![]()
Fabulous work on the spider Ade
Incredible detail in this awesome macro, a fine finale to what has been a stupendous series
Ask it to tell its friends to stop making their webs across my front door please. Thankyou.
Ade, it's another gem.
Saw the woodmouse and your cat tonight.
By the way, does it rain everynight in your garden?
