A rework of a shot taken on a trip to Healey Dell in the Autumn of 2005.
My taste in processing has changed somewhat since the original was posted so it will be interesting to compare the reaction.
As always, looks best in the larger version
Very nice shot-

I think this is a great scene Malcolm, very pleasing.
great colour and detail good water timing
Superb winter colour. How did you get down there Mal.It was worth the effort.Great shot.
Malc really first class composition and waterflow.
This has it all, great shot, and very good photograghicly
Compared to the original this looks sharper & better defined Malcolm, the white of the water is softer, the hole to the right where the water emerges is much clearer..nice rework!
Another fantastic shot Malcolm, lovely composition excellent detail and colours, beautiful work here.
Love the angle of view and good contrasting colours.
softer light on the water and bitmore definition lift this above the original IMO
not been there for ages lol
Stunningly beautiful image.
simply lovely. nothing else needs saying.
Very nicely re-worked Malcolm.
Magic is the right word for this to Malcolm cracking work.
Marvelous image. The quality of the water movement is great and the contrasting green of the moss covered rocks. Like the autumn leaves and the bridge as a backdrop.
Glad to be the bearer of number 30 Malcolm. I rattled off a few from this viewpoint when I was there last week but I couldn't get the exposure right. I'll have to re-visit. My upload today was taken from the self same spot. the colours and exposure on this seem to be spot-on to me
what a super image, looks great in everyway, even the detail in the water too, G
Lovely clarity and colour Malcolm, I must visit here soon as it can't be far from me.
I love the composition and colours from the leaves and moss on the rocks.....and as always you've captured the water to perfection.
Firstly great composition, good sky detail.
The way you have brought out the greens and browns gives the shot another dimension, almost 3D. The treatment of the water is always just about spot on. In short cracking shot
Hi Malcolm, I think this image looks better, to me the colours look more natural. We'll have to have a meet there sometime as you said, when the weather gets better, then you can show Keith and myself how you got that viewpoint.
An enchanting location with beautiful colours. I really like the way the viaduct almost seems to be part of the natural landscape as though it has grown out of those rocks.
Great processing, and a fine composition.
excellent angle with lovely colour and detail
outstanding camera work here malcolm, what a cracking capture, well done.
thanks for the info malcolm.
Just the right amount of saturation, the colours stand out without being harsh.Love the water movement and soft light too.
between that viaduct and Padley it's just pure magic, timing and poetry in motion.Exquisite.Take care.Ann
Great shot sharp detail almost 3d well done
More definition and softer light Malcolm, well reworked.
Excellent composition Malcolm, were you a mountain goat in a former life? This is one hell of a POV!! Bill.
Excellent colours and composition in this beautiful scene
nicely composed and I love the bridge inthe background giving some interest in that area.
