A rework of a shot taken on a trip to Healey Dell in the Autumn of 2005.
My taste in processing has changed somewhat since the original was posted so it will be interesting to compare the reaction.

As always, looks best in the larger version

Compared to the original this looks sharper & better defined Malcolm, the white of the water is softer, the hole to the right where the water emerges is much clearer..nice rework!

Marvelous image. The quality of the water movement is great and the contrasting green of the moss covered rocks. Like the autumn leaves and the bridge as a backdrop.

Glad to be the bearer of number 30 Malcolm. I rattled off a few from this viewpoint when I was there last week but I couldn't get the exposure right. I'll have to re-visit. My upload today was taken from the self same spot. the colours and exposure on this seem to be spot-on to me

I love the composition and colours from the leaves and moss on the rocks.....and as always you've captured the water to perfection.

Firstly great composition, good sky detail.
The way you have brought out the greens and browns gives the shot another dimension, almost 3D. The treatment of the water is always just about spot on. In short cracking shot

Hi Malcolm, I think this image looks better, to me the colours look more natural. We'll have to have a meet there sometime as you said, when the weather gets better, then you can show Keith and myself how you got that viewpoint.

An enchanting location with beautiful colours. I really like the way the viaduct almost seems to be part of the natural landscape as though it has grown out of those rocks.
