Hi Anisa! You have done pretty well here and got in close. A bit closer might have been even better - or alternatively cropping the photo so as to get rid of some of the background at the top or bottom of it.

Also, the image verges on overexposure so you could pull back some detail by using the shadows/highlights tool in PS - or careful adjustment of levels and curves. Some sharpening might also help.

with Frank. The image is quite interesting. I think the exposure is Ok because there is no way this really looks like an orchid, but it does look quite pleasant and restfull, so the lightness, for me, is suitable.

Simularly, I could say it's not sharp enough but, and this is rare for me, i don't think it matters here.
