I took a shot very similar to this last summer ,link and never got a portrait version, so I went back to get it last week, and was pleased when the sun just peepd through at the right time. It took two separate visits, but I'm pleased with what I got in the end.

Much preffer the colour in the right hand triangle above the path in this one, well done on making the effort to go back and get it.
I think you have the sun on a string when you go here, two great images so far apart, well done you.

You would never have guessed they were taken so far apart... I have seen the other in real life and its beautiful. This is on par for me and would make a great card.

Ian
Well worth the trip back, Leigh, and prefer this to the landscape version. Love all those colours in the heather...and that path makes me want to go down it!

My favourite of your set, Leigh. Excellent photography. Your gallery is very impressive indeed.
