A prowl around the garden revealed some newly emerged hellebore flowers coyly turning their faces downward. I persuaded this one to look at the camera.

Simply stunning, Mike, the detail is sheer perfection. Such a shame these beautiful flowers hand their heads, I'm sure a lot of people don't appreciate them because they don't see the wonderful detail inside the petals. Carol
