thank you all.
the squirrels do that when theres nuts on offer, all of them, a plum confuses them though lol.
there was however one with a bad toof, i recognised the look and then he held the actual tooth half way through a fruit, they also do a 'bellies missing' walk like theyre mortaly wounded when somethings up.
