An image from last summer at the herbaceous borders in the Walled Garden at Culzean Castle: thought it might brighten up an other drab dreich and drizzly day. (I tried to upload a V 2 which showed the original with more f/g but as usual it would not upload)

My thanks to all who CandC'd on Christmas Chrysanths.

Ronnie.

{PS. I appreciate all the support I have received from so many of you over the last year, it is so encouraging, and I wish all a very happy and prosperous New Year........R}

What wouldn't I give to have herbaceous borders like those in my garden, Ronnie Smile. A beautiful image, and wonderful work by the gardeners who look after this beautiful garden. Carol

Oh to see this right now, I'm sick of this weather, we had some good periods yesterday but I had deliveries coming and couldn't get out till it was too late.

Memories of summer past, well done you've brightened my day Ronnie, thanks for that.

Such a wonderful scene. Beautiful flowers along a path that is so perfect for a leisurely walk. And there they are with no cameras, that seems silly doesn't it...........Sandy

A wonderful and colourful capture, Ronnie, just what we need to cheer us up in this dismal weather Smile Just got back from shopping and it's worse than when I was up there north of the border! Sad

Wonderfully bright image to brighten a decidedly dreich day here, Ronnie. Roll on Summer, eh! Your image almost has a rainbow effect with so many bright and varied colours. Love the hills in the far distance.
Happy New Year to you and yours, and many more fine pics.
Dave.
